megnyomod a print screen gombot, elmasírozol a paint-be, aztán szerkesztés--> beillesztés

First open a paint!
Second put all things down!
Third Press the attack button also named as print screen or Prt Scr
Fourth you must go back to your fakken paint and at last you should paste your captured image!
& don't forget to save in jpeg for easier sharing:O
